Good Location, Good Service, Overall I'm so much Happy

Best service ever if anyone want to stay with a great team and service this is the place for you. This hotel has everything you need. They know and aware of what you need and try the upmost to help you all the time. Location is great for people that know how to use the train and seek for the quiet place to relax. This is the one.

Room was comfortable and clean

Staff at reception was not familiar with Booking.com process. When checking out the staff asked was not believing that I had paid in full using Booking.com. He was insisting that I did not pay, which upset me very much. Only after another staff intervened, he proceeded to check out. It was disappointing behaviour.

the hotel with good location, just 20 minutes drive to the station, have cafes, starbucks, restaurant nearby, nice breakfast, with variety of hot food, juices, steam food, ...etc, staff were helpful, will be better if they serve you coffee when you are sat!

room was too hot, the temperature cannot be lowered operator should be pay more attention to customer request, ask to bring knife and ice, she just sent the knife and forgot the ice

The building was well maintained and clean. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. I'd love to go again and stay there.

no enough veg options at b/fast or a la carte... but overalll good clean hotel. Check in process was a little slow and not enough English speaking staff at the check in counter..

Great service!!! The food was amazing. Breakfast was also very good 👍🏻 Hyatt Regency never disappoints.

The massage was not as expected.
