"Excellent"

The hotel is new, therefore, good facilities. The service was good. The area seems new, therefore, very secluded, does not feel like you are in bustling city. if you need bit of quiet, this is the place. Adjoining mall is new and half-empty. Not much around in the walking area.

"Nice hotel in a plaza"

Everything was good about this hotel except the view from the room looks out to empty office buildings their indoor pool was good I liked the spaciousness of their lobby and their breakfast is better than Hilton the rooms are spacious and bedding comfortable

"Great Place for comfortable stay"

Hyatt Regency, Zengcheng is a great hotel, with spacious and well done up rooms. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff is courteous and make their best efforts to converse in English with non Chinese quests 😊. There is a Starbucks in the same premise and also some street food is available in the evening close by to the hotel for those who love to explore local cuisine
