The room is musty and the AC did not work, the bathroom, you can see the edges and corners not being cleaned and that tells you everything about cleanliness levels

Estado de las instalaciones, necesitan de una buena actualización, de hotel boutique no tiene absolutamente nada y el buffet deja mucho que desear, justo justito por decirlo políticamente correcto. Relación calidad precio muy caro

The location is fine

Value for money. With this room rate I expected better room condition. Food also not good.

Clean but disappointing experience: Room and bathroom was very clean and hygienic. However, the shower pressure was too less and even upon complaint, the boy who visited the room was saying "What more pressure do you need more than this?". Also, the breakfast place is not upscale and is a disappointing experience which is not maintained well. Except puri and tea, nothing else was good each day. It's not the experience that you wish when you are paying almost 10K per day. You can't even have a good shower and an upscale dining experience during the morning. Definitely, I do not recommend the place at this 10k tag.
