Location and the staff! Especially the receptionist, Sushant or Prashant or something.

It was dirty, I saw a rat running around the staircase and corridor. It was ~10k per night which was definitely not worth it. I was willing to pay it simply for the location because I had work in worli.

Hotel was conveniently located.

The rooms were noisey and smelled of smoke from the people burning open fires outside. Wouldn't stay here again.
