DBH Duomo Boutique Hotel Lake Como

We enjoyed our stay very much. Carlo at the front desk was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had. He helped us with restaurants, ferries, etc. The hotel was well maintained and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Highly recommend

A great hotel with superb staff. Tommaso was provided outstanding service as a staff. Super courteous staff and went above and beyond to help/guide in everything. The hotel is right infront of cathedral.

Great staff accommodating and friendly

This hotel was perfect! Extremely boutique and quiet and loved the location. Literally facing the Duomo! The restaurant was right outside of the entry to the hotel so you always had a convenient dining option We were a family of 4 with 2 small children and chose the loft room (upstairs/downstairs) and it worked extremely well. The area was very tight but the space allowed for both kids to have single beds and us our own bed upstairs where the bathroom was. So easy to get in and out of the hotel and the front desk was extremely helpful. They set us up with a wonderful private boat (highly suggest going that route to see areas on the lake. Expensive but MUCH better option than the ferry. That ended up being a nightmare Anyhow. Definitely a great stay at this Boutique hotel. The only real downfall is that it’s not in view of the Lahr at all. We would stay here again of course but would also probably try a hotel on the Lake or in another town simply because of where we are! It was recommended for first time visiting Como to stay in Como instead of trying the other towns just as a common starting point and this hotel was perfect

great small but very nice rooms and breakfast. short walk to the lake and can see piazza from our window where great restaurants and shops are found. walk to ferry and be in bellagio within one hour on fast ferry. parking was only negative. 2 min walk to parking but was 60 euros per day. cheaper parking with ten min walk avail

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this lovely hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel staff were all so helpful and friendly. It's in an ideal location- you can easily walk to the waterfront, the train station, and many restaurants and shops. Our room was on the top floor- we had two skylights in our room (no regular windows)- at first I though this would bother me, but since there was so much natural light (and we weren't in the room much) I didn't mind- but if you want regular windows you may need to make sure you request that. Also- we didn't realize breakfast was included until the last day of our stay- so make sure you ask if it is included (they didn't tell us when we checked in.) Even with these little glitches, I'd still give this hotel the highest rating since it was excellent in many ways.
