Nivia Born Boutique Hotel

My stay at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel was absolutely amazing! I loved the hotel — the room was beautiful, very comfortable, and everything was explained perfectly upon arrival. They even have a pillow menu, which was such a special touch. A huge thank you to Ana for her personalized attention and kindness. She helped me change to a more comfortable pillow for me, recommended amazing restaurants, and even helped organize and book parts of my trip. Her service made the whole experience even more special. I would definitely come back without hesitation! Highly recommended.

Nivia Born is a modern boutique hotel located in the centre of Palma. It is in easy walking distance of the main city sights. It is in a small side street off the main thoroughfare and somewhat difficult to find at first. But once you have found it you will not be disappointed. The rooms are well appointed and the staff are very pleasant. Ana and Ivan were particularly helpful.

Overnattingen stedet var veldig sentralt, ett steinkast unna byen og alt det Mallorca har å tilby. Frokosten var den beste jeg har opplevd, inkludert frokost anbefales på det sterkeste. Rommet var rent og personalet var ekstra hyggelig, vi feiret bryllupsreise hos dem og fikk en liten oppmerksomhet. 11/10

Everything. The location is perfect, the room was very well equipped and every member of staff is exceptional.

Location, trendy, beautifully decorated

Bed had dips in both sides which killed our backs. Too soft. After lots of tiring walking, we came back for a sleep before going out later and someone knocked on the door. We ignored it as we were sleeping but then they let themselves into the room which shocked us and when my husband shouted hello they quickly left? We then got a phonecall a little later asking if we were enjoying our stay. So if that was what you wanted to ask, why did you come into our room? For this reason we won’t choose your hotel again as privacy lets it down. We were on edge after this and we should have been relaxing. A shame as otherwise a fantastic hotel, polite staff with lovely attention to detail in the rooms through to names on your coffee!

Staff excellent, everything perfect

Couple of slight things which we mentioned to the hotel..Wouldn’t stop us going again which we will. Not a good selection of gluten free at breakfast for coeliacs. Slight problem - small breakfast room - 2 ladies having a loud business meeting with phones, facetime etc etc. Last thing we want on holiday is to be reminded of work
