We spent five nights here in April 2026. From the very first moment the service was excellent. Every single member of staff is to be congratulated on their efficiency an professionalism. There is not much outside space - typical of a vertical boutique hotel in a city centre - but what there is is well managed. Breakfast was excellent - especially the coffee with our names stencilled on the top. We did not have lunch but others did and it looked well presented.

A true VIP experience from start to finish. Our recent stay at Hotel Born in Palma was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like VIPs. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco on the terrace while our bags were effortlessly taken up to our room — such a relaxing and elegant start to the stay. The staff were outstanding: calm, professional, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout. We opted for breakfast, and it was pure five-star, made-to-order loveliness every morning — beautifully presented and delicious. Our room overlooked the main street and had a balcony, which we loved. The bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. Fresh water was provided daily, along with fresh towels. The room also included a coffee pod machine, mini fridge, and even a stylish tote bag for shopping — they really thought of everything. We also paid extra for a private transfer arranged by the hotel, and it was absolutely worth it. Arriving in such style perfectly matched the VIP experience they deliver so effortlessly. We honestly can’t wait to go back. Hotel Born sets the standard for boutique luxury and exceptional service — highly, highly recommended.

Friendly hotel, staff couldn’t do enough. Easy reception and check out, clean rooms and excellent location. Food was good and although no buffet breakfast there was plenty of choice- would definitely stay there again

Es un hotel boutique con habitaciones pequeñas y sin espacios para estar y por lo mismo algo incomodo. No habia instrucciones escritas en la habitación sobre como usar el telefono, wifi, caja de seguridad lo que me causo problemas la primera noche ya que llegamos despues de las 10 pm. Como reclame me dieron un desayuno gratis en compensación el que es muy bueno. El precio es muy alto no se condice con lo que ofrece.
