Nivia Born Boutique Hotel

The staff members were exceptionally kind and courteous (over and above than most hotels in my experience). Thank you! As many people have said the location is very convenient. The room was clean and otherwise quite basic. It did not feel like a 5 star boutique hotel. I know that it is centrally located and one would have anticipated noise from outside; it was noisier than i had anticipated. Thanks again to all staff members.

Savršeno mjesto za odmor u samom centru Palme. Sve na par koraka. Čisto, mirno, ljubazno nenametljivo osoblje. Imate osjećaj da ste kod kuće.

Location!

The room layout was very strange. It seems like the hotel caters to those you want to feel like movie stars. Large vanity mirror in middle of the room with many bright vanity lights around it and a perfume desk. I couldn't help but be reminded of Norma Desmond. A large tub right by the window was odd too! There were 2 small sinks across from each other in the bathroom area with not a smidge of space to put your toiletries on, but rather a fire pole with tiny plates to try to put small items on. A very weird vibe and very dark halls. The reception was on the 7 floor which was no convenient, especially since really no view to look at. Don't get me going with the foam bed and pillows. Glad I had only one night there.

Location couldn't be better if you want to spend more time in Palma. Staff of the hotel incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with all your needs. I loved a white rose and a bottle of cava in the room :)
