Staff were great, efficient, great location and amazingly comfortable beds. Cool hotel right in centre of old town close to everything. Particularly loved the bed which was so comfortable, slept really well.

Because it is in the centre of the town it could have some noise from the street below

Der Empfang und war sehr freundlich und wir haben zu unser großen Freude ein Upgrade bekommen auf eine Suite. Das Kingsize Bett war super bequem. Es gab eine Flasche Cava als Geschenk, vielen Dank. Wc in einem extra Raum, sehr angenehm und eine schöne Dusche. Sehr ruhig obgleich mitten im Zentrum.

Das runde Waschbecken ist stylisch aber ein bisschen klein.

just now New We have just returned from an amazing stay at this hotel. Location was superb- a short walk from the cathedral / shops / beach so was ideal for our two nights of exploring the local area. Check in was super easy- we were able to leave our bags at hotel as we arrived early and were even given a welcome drink. Staff had taken our bags to the room and when we returned from our day out the lovely lady on reception took us to our room to go through anything we needed to know. Room was faultless. Very very clean and well thought out room with plenty space to get ready etc. We were left a lovely note and bottle of cava- the little touches like this really made this hotel stand out. The two girls we encountered at check in/out (apologies I didn’t get their names) were a credit to the hotel and could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay in Palma. 10/10

The staff is friendly yet pristine professionals. The location is top tier and the Princess Junior Suite a modern but quality equipped and comfortable, balcony has a double isolation with sliding doors and windows that’s perfect for 0 noises from “El Borne” the beautiful city center promenade and room service is very nice considering the snacking menu at anytime during the night, again a very well managed hotel with a different style in the city city center run by a young team of discreet excellent and experienced employees. Would fully recommend a stay at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel by Garden Hotels anytime.

Excellent accueil et excellent service. Petit déjeuner servi à table délicieux et complet. Emplacement très central. Chambre confortable et relativement spacieuse. Terrasse du septième étage agréable. Décoration moderne et réussie.

Un peu de bruit dans la rue à cause d’un café, mais cela s’arrête le soir après 22 heures. Accès un peu compliqué en voiture, particulièrement le week-end de la fête des Baléares, mais il y a des parkings à proximité et un service de voiturier
