"Great hotel but not able to use sauna "

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Breakfast was great. Think that annoyed me was that we paid extra to book a hotel with a sauna and pool. Advertised as open at 8am. Both days, sauna cold at 8am and advised it would take an hour to heat up. Totally pointless as by that point we were out for the day. Someone needs to turn the sauna on at 7am so it’s ready to use at 8am… another customer told me it had also happened the day before.

Location, Location, Location! Perfectly located between the busy city center and the river front. Everything within Porto was within a 20 minute walk. And, if you opened your window, you had live music down below on the avenue. Staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful with information.

"Nice hotel, tiny room!"

Great hotel option on a walking street in the center of Porto. Rooms are small, only enough space for the beds. There was no place to put luggage other than on the floor and no desk, no seating other than the beds. The small size of the room wouldn't be my first choice for more than a 1-night stay.
