Great location and great room.

Great location. Clean. However, their heating and cooling is terrible. You can NOT control your own room. Each entire floor is in either heat OR cool mode and controlled by the front desk. You can control the temp in each mode but you can't change modes. Our room was extremely hot because someone kept asking for heat. When we complained, they changed it to cool only to have someone else change it again later. The bottom line is that who ever asks last wins. A 4-star hotel should have better environmental controls.

Perfect location, great property and an incredible staff.

We would stay here again, but must comment. We were very disappointed with housekeeping. They made our bed but did not bring fresh towels another day they brought towels, but did not make the bed. The pool and spa were very enjoyable, but we did not know you have to ask for robes and slippers. We did not find them in our room and no one told us they were available.
