Phaedrus Living: Seaside Luxury Flat Lighthouse 65

Location.

I’m not sure what changed since the last reviews, but the apartment was completely different from what I expected. The second floor — or first floor, as it is called in Cyprus — had only two apartments. Right next to our door, there were piles of dust and dirt, and some strange men were smoking nearby. A broken broom and an open electrical box with visible wires added to the overall “oh no” feeling. As soon as we entered the apartment, we saw white walls covered with black marks and patches — from chairs scraping the walls to footprints and other stains. It immediately gave the place an unclean feeling. The sad part is that many of these marks could have been cleaned easily; I tried cleaning some of them myself, and that was all it took. It didn’t need repainting, just proper cleaning. The balcony door handle was hanging loose and did not feel secure. The velvet chairs inside had stains that looked like sauce, which we later cleaned ourselves so we could feel more comfortable using them. The toilet was leaking. The glasses had stains. There was only one extra garbage bag left for almost a week, which is clearly not enough, especially with all the plastic water bottles you need to buy. Basic things like salt, pepper, coffee, and oil were not there (normaly you can find something left from other guests). I believe they remove everything after each stay. By the way, we left some behind because we had to buy everything new, including cleaning products. So be ready to move into an apartment that does not have much inside. This is the first time in my life I am leaving a bad review. Not every stay has been perfect, but this one was very disappointing. When I informed them that the apartment was not clean, they offered a “refreshment cleaning” the next day. But that would have meant wasting our day waiting for them, so it was not really a solution.

Korzystna lokalizacja

Brak pełnego wyposażenia kuchni, było nas 6 osób a naczyń 4 komplety. O część wyposażenia który był na miejscu trzeba bylo się prosić. Obok głośna dyskoteka więc nie polecam osobom lubiącym ciszę i spokój.

Super lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Pomocny person - udało się nam wcześniej zameldować :) Apartament wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach

Trochę nieszczelne okna ale nie przeszkadzało nam to jakoś bardzo

Obiekt ma super likalizacje, blisko duży sklep, dobre restauracje, pyszny kebab i oczywiście morze.

Świetna lokalizacja, z balkonu widok na morze

Wystrój i stan techniczny apartamentu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Rozwalone krzesła w jadalni, grzyb na suficie w łazience. Zaplecze kuchenne bardzo ubogo wyposażone. Gniazdka bez przejściówek.
