A big shout out to the staff who provided attentive service during our 4-day stay. Special thanks to Monica Sanchez, Rooms Manager, Harold at Reception, Paola of Housekeeping, and Dr. Becerra for their caring assistance when I twisted my ankle. Ms. Sanchez’ fluent English was useful in managing most of our concerns with the hotel.

It was my first time visiting Colombia for a friend’s wedding. After some research to look for the perfect hotel, I’m glad we chose this one. Very clean, very friendly staff, inclusive breakfast was great. 10/10, loved the stay!

I was surprised to see an upgraded version of Residence Inn, everything new, very clean, staff is amazing! Congrats! The only thing that I didn't like is the noise from the gym early in the morning.
