Excellent location, exceptional service, comfortable room and great facilities

Food at breakfast (in room) was mediocre. Chia dish was ok. Weak coffee Phone broke down . Hassle, but they fixed later

Bit silly but when we had room service the salt cellar was empty and the bottom was missing. Tiny little error. Otherwise would be a 10

_location is practical, edge of Reforma, facing the park... this is is also a negative, as it get very loud from traffic, at all times, even on 50+ floors.. not a great sleep. _ rooms were rushed, poor details and lack of continuous care; service is slow, communication between service teams is poor, even w/ pre-arrival email confirmations you'd end up having to start all over again once you get there... _breakfast was bland, lame, not good. _dinner was good at Samos, tho a bit too "extra", overkill with the presentation. _ gym is very good; pool is ok, 3 ft, small, and area not well taken care off _besides the bellmen, service was sub-par, perhaps the worst RC experience globally as of now. Switched back to St Regis after a couple of days to "save the trip"; will stick to 4S, St Regis, Sofitel for future stays.

Warm, intuitive, and gracious without being overbearing. The team anticipates needs effortlessly and handles every interaction with genuine hospitality. You feel recognized, not processed. The spa and indoor pool area offer a tranquil escape from the city’s vibrant energy, while dining is equally impressive — beautifully presented dishes, strong technique, and a setting that matches the culinary ambition. What stands out most is the balance: it feels luxurious without being ostentatious, sophisticated without losing warmth. A true urban sanctuary in the heart of Mexico City. A flawless stay and absolutely one of the finest luxury experiences.

Overall, this Ritz Carlton was disappointing. Staff training was inconsistent—particularly at the front desk, among hostesses, and with servers. Bellhops, doormen, and in-room dining staff were very good. What we found unacceptable were the dirty windows (see attached picture). Additionally, the sink and shower were not functioning properly—doesn't anyone check these things? The room was rather small and substandard relative to five-star properties of this caliber. The food was fresh and acceptable but quite bland.
