"Good for everyone!!!"

The rooms, the environment, location and everything structurally was Excellent. Very comfortable and peaceful.

There was no one at the front desk. I had to wait, look around and get passers attention. No one answered the phones. Please put TV remote in the bedroom.

I booked about 3 weeks before and paid fully for my stay only to find out they had no room for me. I don't know why greed has led organizations to deceive people like this. I had a long international flight and got stranded although i did the right thing. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Staff was nice but was massively under staffed

No towels hotel didn’t have enough, no shampoo or conditioner and no one to bring us some, no hand soap, forks ran out at breakfast, digital key stopped working and no one at the desk to help. Stained couches.

We arrived to the property at 12:30 AM and for a half an hour could not find someone to help us get checked in once we got our room. We open the door to find a broken bed and a couch with the stain the size of the couch cushion. When we went back to the lobby to get a new room, another gentleman was down there complaining that the room that they assigned to him already had somebody sleeping in it, which made my kids very fearful that somebody would walk into our room in the middle of the night. The carpets in the hallway are very, very stained the breakfast bar at the Homewood suites had a conference in it, and it was not cleaned up for our whole entire stay. We asked for towels multiple times the cleaning people did not have them in the front desk wasn’t able to give them to us We asked the front desk person to have the manager call us back and they have still not done so thus far

"Bloody stay "

My family and I arrived at the hotel around 3:30 PM. Upon entering our room and unloading our belongings, I noticed there was blood all over the room. I immediately called the front desk, but no one answered. When I went downstairs moments later, the receptionist assured me that someone would come to clean the room. Unfortunately, no one ever arrived. By 9:00 PM, I went back down to the front desk and was told that the room would be cleaned after we returned from dinner, and that we could not be moved because all rooms were booked. After returning from dinner around 10:30–11:00 PM, the room had still not been cleaned. At that point, we were told we would need to move to a different room. This was extremely difficult and inconvenient, especially since I have two autistic children. Once we moved into the new room, we discovered there was only one towel and one washcloth, and no dish soap. Despite multiple requests, additional towels and washcloths were not provided promptly. The next morning, we went down for breakfast around 9:40 AM. Due to my autistic child being overwhelmed by the crowd, I asked if we could grab a plate to take back to our room. A staff member told me this was perfectly fine. However, as we were collecting our food, a man began clearing the area and rudely stated, “It’s 10:00, breakfast is over, and you should have come down sooner.” This interaction was unprofessional and unpleasant. While I understand rules are rules, I had already confirmed with staff .

The location was great!

I was there for a while (Monday through Sunday), and my room was only service once (Tuesday)! Luckily it was just me this time around so I used both towels more than I usually do. I did have an issue with the coffee machine and asked one of the room staff and she helped me out in a timely fashion but besides that, housekeeping were like ghost! Other rooms had their trash, sheets and towels in the hallway outside their rooms. Once you check in, hospitality drops off completely and it’s sad because the hotel brand is very respected! This place would have been a 10 if the housekeeping staff were present more! I do have a bias because I’m retired Navy and I’ve traveled all over the world and one of the biggest plus is housekeeping staff. This place was good but again, housekeeping missed which would have made it GREAT!

Very low staffed. I was present when staff told people their room was not cleaned and ready for them yet (at 9pm) and that housekeeping had left for the day! After they had the reservation for months. I'm not sure how rooms go uncleaned. There was bags of trash and towels in the hallways. The little staff that was there was kind but who would work there long term under those conditions. Disappointing customers. I expected more from a hotel with Hilton attached.
