Didn’t like that the 2 hotels were connected. And no one at the front desk to help at 9pm on a Saturday night.

Our room was not stocked at all. We had to ask for coffee for the keurig. We had to walk to the lobby MULTIPLE times for bed clothes. Why not stock blankets and pillows for the pull out sofa? We attempted to call the front desk around 15 times and never once received an answer the entire time we were there. Once bed clothes were brought to our room (staff at desk wouldn’t give them to us. We had to wait two hours on them to show up) she brought one flimsy under blanket that left us freezing thru the night. We walked to front desk at one point for coffee and the front desk clerk was solid asleep. Great security right there. She had no idea we were on the place. Another front desk clerk had no clue what time breakfast started. She told us an hour earlier than when it was. We got kids up super early to eat before traveling home and that was a total bust when we found out breakfast wasn’t for another hour. We left without waiting. Power went out for a couple of hours in the night with no update at all from staff. We were very nervous about this. We tried again multiple times to reach the front desk with zero success at any point of this trip. Another guest in the lobby told me the same thing. He tried all night for an answer from phone calls to front desk and never received an answer. He also had been waiting in the lobby for over an hour without seeing a single employee. This has to be a huge safety concern with no one monitoring people coming and going. It took me almost 30 minutes of waiting at the front desk and walking around the entire first floor just to check out. Maybe she was asleep on the job again? Horrible experience for a horrible price we paid for one night. never will return to this location and I suggest you don’t either.

My car got broke into and they wouldn’t let me see the cameras.

Room not serviced in entire 1 week stay, common areas such as room hallways were unclean with piles of garbage and dirty laundy piled in the hallway. As an observation it seems that the hotel was very short staffed. Room itself was nice on arrival. At least twice during my stay the TV came on with a full screen welcome message with another guests name.

One guy working desk. We were told out room was not available to stay in. Once he found a room and minimally cleaned we go it and started to unpack. We had to get our own sheets and towels for the night. No staffing at all.

The rooms are very spacious. I also love the location to the Easton Center.

I booked for 4 people and was given 1 washcloth and 3 towels. This is our second stay where we didn't receive enough towels and washcloths. There was no soup in the bathroom to wash our hands. They also do not leave extra linen for the sleeper sofa. When my children and I went down to breakfast (a full hour before closing), there were no plates or bowls. The food appeared to be freshly made and fully stocked, but we had nothing to put it on. After waiting at least 10 minutes for someone to come out, I went to ask the front desk for assistance in the breakfast room. When we went to sit down and wait for someone, all of the tables were dirty. I told my children to just stand and wait for the plates. It seemed that no one was monitoring the breakfast room. It took another 10 minutes for someone to come out and help us. Several ladies came out of the kitchen area. Three of them came out to make their own plates while the manager was the only one working. She reminded one of the workers to use tongs and not her hands to get bread. They began arguing very loudly with each other. I told my children to grab their food and take it back to the room. This was an insanely unprofessional incident!

I paid for and had confirmation of a room available for me. I drove there and they were booked full. I have already been charge.The hotel said theres notthing they can do.

The property was beautiful and the room was spacious with a great view. My only complaint is that I left a large cushion there that I sleep on. It's firm and angled at about 15° to let me sleep on an incline. It's a giant square shaped thing that cannot be confused with a regular pillow. I realized I forgot it on my way home and immediately called the hotel. I spent the next 3-4 days calling over and over again trying to get someone to do ANYTHING more than just "leave a message for housekeeping" and when I finally got a call back I was disappointed to find out that my pillow was "not found". This is 100% a lie. It was either thrown out, or kept by someone. My stay was indeed quite pleasant, the customer service AFTER my stay, not so much.
