The room itself would be nice if it were taken care of. Close to Easton Town Center, but not in a great area.

This was the single worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. We actually ended up cutting our losses and driving home through the night because we didn't want to stay. Upon arrival, we were told that our booking.com purchase was not the full amount, and we were charged again for the price of the room we had already paid. The room we received was FILTHY. We immediately noticed an odor when we entered. Under the sink was a bag of trash that had not been taken out, full of rotting food waste. This was clearly not a unique experience. As I was checking in, I overheard a lady complaining because she had not received any kind of service to her room over a week. Mirrors in the room had not been wiped down and were covered in crusty handprints. There was hair (none of ours) on the bathroom floor, and it seems no one could be bothered to put toilet paper on the holder. I can not speak to the comfort of the beds because we did not sleep in them, but they did not appear particularly clean. The real kicker is the disparity between the Booking.com reviews and the Google reviews. Once we got in the room and started trying to find pool info, breakfast info, etc. online, we discovered a number of recent Google reviews over several months stating that they had been victims of smash-and-grab car thefts. Between the state of the room and the feeling of being unsafe, we decided it was best not to stay the night. We have contacted booking support to request a refund.

Let me start with location, it was super conveniently close to all places we ever needed to go. There's a great mall nearby, we spent our free time in it and was able to find a few lovely restaurants to dine in. The amenities are wonderful, clean, spacious, new, well taken care of. Nothing shabby, nice smell, which is always super important for me. I knew there will be a kitchenette in the room but was pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel serve breakfast. We went every morning, it was yummy, well served and offered a variety of thing to eat. The room was very clean and provided enough space, everything was nice, all appliance, devices, etc. Honestly, for this price I expected much less and was very pleased with the value we ended up getting. We'll be back!

Nothing to complain about at all. Next time we'll get a bigger room, just because it's so worth it.

Suite was super clean and spacious. Staff was great. Good breakfast and plenty of parking. Book for the next weekend already.

The overall stay wasn’t that bad it did take a while for me to receive extra towels as requested. Also, the bathroom smelled like mildew so I bought some products just to make the smell go away. Another thing that I was surprised at is when I opened up the microwave there was still food left in it from maybe a previous customer and the silverware in the dishwasher was still dirty. Staff was very friendly and did ask via text about your stay and experience but I think as far as the extra towels it was so busy they forgot so we had to ask again from another employee 3-4 hrs later.

The refrigerator was dirty and had food left in it, I went to the front desk, showed them a picture, and it was not cleaned until Sunday, when I checked in on Friday evening. 2nd issue rhet did not accept my credit card, no signs saying this, and the manager at 1st had no empathy I had flown in from Florida with my daughter and had no where to go and he was not being helpful 3rd issue, when my room was cleaned on Sunday all the towels were taken, I called down to the front desk and they said they would bring some up right away, They Never came!!!

Reserved a room with 2 beds for a family trip and a kitchen for a child with food allergies. On check in they told us they did not have the room as “someone had requested to extend their stay.” The only room they could offer was a single king bed. Since 4 people can’t sleep in a king bed we said that wouldn’t work. They ended up getting us a double queen room at the Hilton next door with no kitchen. When I asked the GM if they would refund the difference he said no because we turned down the king room they offered. He was rude and dismissive. Terrible experience would not recommend this hotel at all.

Needed bedding for our pull out coach and waited 2 hours to get it delivered to our room :(

Loved the price for the size of the room.

We had some girls stay with us for a birthday celebration & we failed to check the sofa bed befor some of our guests fell asleep which resulted in us finding out the soft bed was broken. When we requested a cot the hotel didn’t have any. The only thing offered was a change of rooms but we already had guests asleep so check before you get close to bed time cause there was no decent option to offer.

Heat did not work and it was cold in the room. I requested they look into it but nothing was done.
