Roami at Sunny Isles

I was really impressed by how clean the unit was and how spacious it was!

En general el departamento es cómodo y bien ubicado. Pero hay aspectos a mejorar; los frascos con detergente líquido de la cocina no funcionan, solo habían 3 cucharitas. Hay locetas rotas en el baño. La grifería de la ducha le falta un accesorio y la palanca del WC se sale. Algunas sillas de la sala están muy usadas. No enviaron el código de ingreso por correo y tuvimos que pedir un celular con línea para llamar.

Great apartment with parking at an ease, location quiet, very clean and felt very safe to walk around and drive. Very short walk straight on to the Sunny Isles beach which was clean and beautiful.

very convenient and comfortable condo 7 mins walk from the beach and close to shops / cafes as well as a Publix supermarket. We did not need a car and you can book rides if you need to go to Miami or Aventura.

Incredible stay - rooms were big, clean and separated - kitchen well equipped - all clean and welcoming - location extremely close to the beach - swimmingpool was quite - great value for money - we will definitely return

Overall our stay was good, 4-5 min. walk to Sunny Isles Beach, which is wonderful and less busy than South Beach, and being older, that was great. Close to ALL TYPES OF ETHNIC restaurants by foot or short 10 min. drive. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only issues were that the unit needed minor maintenance, such as, blind cord was broken, toilet would keep running til you jiggled the handle, the oven wasn’t working,

Not clean, we had leaking for a whole day through the roof. Tripped the fuse box and was unsafe. They fixed what they could within 24 hours but did not offer any compensation. This is not a 5 staff hotel.

The property was run down. The kitchen lacked basic necessities like kitchen towels, pot handers, can opener. The keypad for access malfunction more than half the time. The company does keep a 24 hour service so they responded to our call quickly and offered assitance but nonetheless we had to call to get the m to open or close the door.
