La propiedad esta bien ubicada, el apartamento es espacioso, y comodo. Se puede salir a caminar, el acceso a los estacionamientos perfectos. Lo único que no nos gustó es la parte de limpieza; la lavadora estaba super sucia, y la terraza también.

The apartment was well equipped and in a great location! Close to the beach and shopping center. It is spacious and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and will come back!

I would stay again at this property, but they need to keep up with maintenance and repairs. Some repair and painting. Doornubs re failing out of the closet door. The shower worked just one way. Overall we were pleased with the outcome of this rental.

The apartment is spacious with a nice balcony. Some issues included an outlet cover that was detached and was held up by a lamp plug, the shades were stuck halfway up in one of the bedrooms, so couldn't sleep in due to brightness, and the master bath shower never got hot or really warm, so took some cold showers.

Great location, very convenient for families. Comfortable and nice. We loved the Guatemalan coffee.

I liked the location. The apartment was clean and bright.

Godt: stor rummelig lejlighed, med stor terrasse . God beliggenhed, tæt på strand og indkøbsmuligheder. God udsigt specielt fra swimmingpool på 7 sal. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Der er ingen reception men ved indgangen er der er skærm med livefeed til en medarbejder, så hvis man har spørgsmål kan man stille dem der. Dårligt: pga problemer med den ene lejlighed fik jeg en anden, så jeg har set 2 lejligheder 203 og 603. Begge er lidt slidte. Jeg kunne godt bo der, men hvis man ikke kan tåle lidt løse fliser og lidt nusset hist og her så skal man finde et andet sted.

Location, Location!! Everything is close by, area is very quiet and relaxed. Apartment is very well appointed, kitchen is great, panoramic floor to ceiling windows . Very accommodating support team, we had a flight cancelation and After contacting Dianne at the main office - they provided us with a 1 day extension. Excellent support team.
