غير نظيف. اول مادخلت الغرفة استقبلني صرصور. وبلغت الاستقبال يغير لي الغرفة وتجاوبوا معي وغيرها. السرير قاسي وغير مريح المكيف مزعج صوته طرطرطرطر

موظف مصري عند صالة الطعام منعني من الدخول لإفطار رمضان مع العلم ان حجزي شامل الإفطار وعند ذهابي للتأكد من الاستقبال للأسف المصري فارض نفسه عالكل بس الحمدلله تاكدوا من كلامي انه صح وهم غلط للاسف الموظف المصري قليل ذوق في التعامل

"It's the bad hotel I stayed it from 10 years"

I like when I come rabigh again, I don't book this hotel again.

The hotel staff are not friendly and not cooperate for anything, you need only get money and they get 316 riyal not 306

Nothing

First of all breakfast is mentioned in the detail we didn't get any thing in breakfast. We booked a room with 4 person but receptionist Ahmad said it's just for one. And then he said breakfast is only for one person. And when only me go for breakfast there is nothing in the breakfast. Worst bad experience I have ever had with booking.com at this hotel.
