لم يتم الاقامة سببها عند الوصول الى الفندق لم اسكن في نفس الجناح وقد تم الحجز من قبل بوكينغ ولكن عند الوصول قام الموظف بااخبارنا بانة ليس هناك حجز او اجنحة متوفرة ولم يتم ابلاغنا بهذا مع العلم باننا اتينا من مسافة طويلة
