There wasn't much to like. Was not comfortable and the neighbors form the building next to hotel were very noisy.

The choice for this hotel was specifically because they had thermal pool. It was closed. The hotel should say this, instead of advertising it with this feature. This was very disappointing.

"Hotel cercano al centro histórico pero le sobra alguna estrella"

El entorno del hotel es decepcionante, pero está cerca del centro histórico por lo que se llega rápidamente. El desayuno es normal y solo destaca porque el zumo de naranja es natural , pero el espacio es tan pequeño que se baja por turnos. Las habitaciones y el baño son nuevos, pero los muebles auxiliares son poco prácticos.

El Spa estaba averiado y fuera de servicio, por lo que pierde el atractivo. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no funciona bien. No tiene servicio de cafetería ni una sala de estar a la altura de las cuatro estrellas que luce el hotel. Para colgar la ropa hay un perchero tipo burra muy decepcionante
