Staff were lovely, close to the centre, room was spacious and very quiet.

The bathroom needed a refresh and the water pressure on the shower wasn't good

"Beautiful rooms at a really decent rate in the heart of Leicster."

Lovely room right in the heart of Leicster in a beautiful building. Very good value for money. Pleasant staff who were very helpful in guiding us to our venue as my phone had no signal for google maps.

The signage wasn't great for rooms 100 to 108. We had to ask fellow guests the way. The room was very warm in the evening. Please note, only minor niggles.

"Very good hotel in the centrum"

The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also really good with plenty of great options. Overall a fantastic experience and definitely highly recommended!
