"I didn’t get to stay!!"

I arrived at the property at 7pm. The lights were out. The door was locked. The phone number rang out and there was no reply to the bell. I had to find another place at short notice. It was a bit of a nightmare after a very long day.

Room was spectacular with a beautiful roll top bath .

All was good but 9am finish for breakfast on weekdays seems a but too early. Missed it by 20 mins

Friendly staff, great location

Room was smaller than expected, only found switches for all lights on or all off. No bedside lamps. Limited breakfast menu choices which had to be ordered the night before. Some items could have been hotter. The bedroom furniture marked.

Excellent location

No water in rooms or available to buy at the bar and floor was mopped at breakfast time causing a dangerous slip hazard and a smell of disinfectant. Why not do it after the breakfast service?
