Great location, friendly staff, quiet room nice breakfast.

Staff were amazing, nothing was a problem. Breakfast was so so good set us up for the day. 🤩 Shower was super powerful which was lovely.

We had a superior double, which I thought was quite small. The blind was broken and when we reported were told it’s been on the list of things to do for a while! (Not the staffs fault) there was a bit grime in the shower area and a bit dusty throughout the room, the duvet cover didn’t quite fit the duvet so was hanging out the bottom! Just a little more attention to detail it would be lovely!

Very nice hotel, Central and close to local amenities. Breakfast was lovely could have maybe been a bit warmer but still lovely. Staff were exceptional nothing was any bother. Shower was good plenty hot water and we also had a bath in our bedroom but the plug doesn't fit correctly and the water drained away before I got out! Plentiful supply of clean towels and toiletries.

I paid for a superior king size room and the bed was definitely not king size which was very disappointing it was definitely just a double size bed. I know they were short staffed and can only do what they can but I think investing in a good cleaner would be key. Our room was cleanish but certainly would benefit from a deep clean. Bathroom was very small again for the price of £189 a night I would expect something a bit larger. Windows were a bit concerning as there was no safety stop on them so I'd be a bit wary if I was staying with young children in the room as they'd be easily opened. They only have 2 parking space which are charged at £15 per night which is quite steep there is accessible parking across the road at a fraction of the price.

Breakfast was cooked to perfection👍 staff are very attentive and welcoming. Willing to help. As we were there for work purposes we did not get a chance to experience a lot.

On the second night stay the other guest were a bit noisy. You can everything and I mean everything !! Soundproofing maybe an option lol 😂
