Great location, lovely room and very comfortable bed. The lady who checked us in and served breakfast the next morning was fantastic. So friendly and made us feel very welcome.

The room we stayed in was beautifuly decorated the bed was very comfortable good nights sleep

Access by stairs from the back and the locking system not very good for elderly people not much option for breakfast no cereal

Location of hotel is situated right next to the neigbouring clubs and pubs so we could hear everything from the room outside, which cant be helped but it did make for a late evening. No evening food apart from lite bar snacks available.

All lovely generally. The lady who checked us in (and seemed to do everything else!) was kind and helpful and could not have been better. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and well stocked. Breakfast very nice too.

It would have been very nice if there had been a small cupboard/wardrobe in which we could have hung our clothes. It may have also been of help to point out that the bathroom did not have a light switch (I spent quite a bit of time looking for one!) Finally, the choice of breakfast could have included the non-cooked kind (cereal and toast etc)

Quirky decor & friendly & helpful staff. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Quality of the room was good. Bar had a good choice of drinks & cocktails.

Bedroom & en suite were very small & the window was very high & you could not look out. Bar closes at 9pm in the week.
