They did not refund the room deposit even though we in no way damaged anything. Instead of the pending charge dropping off, my card was charged. The pet deposit is non-refundable which is understandable. $50 for the pet deposit (other hotels usually charge $25) plus the $75 that they won't refund and a $125 room wound up costing a little over $250. I could have stayed in a much nicer hotel for that price.

I requested a ADA room but none were available. I did get a room on the first floor which was appreciated.

The heating / cooling system didn’t work. No repair man ever showed up

Room was clean. Missing remote but was able to get one from front desk. I didn’t have enough pillows so I went down to ask for more but was heading out but they said they would have them when I came back. I came back and didn’t have them ready. Reminded front desk and they told me they would call me when they were ready. Never got that call. Property is clean, rooms are clean and it’s in a quiet area. Walmart is walking distance which is a plus.

Front desk associate was helpful and friendly at check in

No toilet paper in the bathroom, bed was horribly uncomfortable, pillows were flat, only one light blanket. One hour before checkout, the associate [who checked us in the night before] knocked on our door to ask if we were staying an additional night. Then at 11:02 (two minutes after checkout) as we were walking to the door, he knocked on our door again. It was kind of creepy.

They gave us a dirty room and expected us to stay there and would not send someone to come clean it, and wouldn't give us our money back so we could go elsewhere. It took 3 days of complaining to get a new room and someone to clean the room we were in. Every complaint was dismissed and never passed along to who could take care of it. Took 2 times of asking for someone to come unclog the sink. We were told we'd be compensated just for them to tell us they won't do anything about it and cannot refund any money at all. Highly do not recommend as most staff were friendly, however, the GM, was in fact very unprofessional and rude when dealing with customer issues.
