Mathew Street City Centre Apartments by Happy Days

Good sized apartment, bathroom, bed room and large kitchen/dining area with TV, microwave, kettle, fridge, hob cooker etc. Central location minutes walk from lime street station, Liverpool one, Docks area and central Luverpool. 2 out of the 3 staff we dealt with were brilliant 1st night check in and lady who replaced our stained mattress topper.

1 out of 3 staff that we dealt with was very ignorant and unprofessional we brought a blood stained mattress topper to his attention and it was basically like what do you want me to do about it. In the end we got him to change it and when the lady came to replace it and saw the old one she was very apologetic and said it shouldn't have happened. The windows need to be upgraded they are like paper and early morning there is very loud noise from outside with beer barrels being delivered and bollards going up and down with beeping and voice warning "caution bollards in motion" new windows might alleviate this somewhat.
