The bed is comfortable. Location is very convenient. There is a good ice machine. Heidi at the front desk was really kind and helpful. So is everyone else but I remember her name

It seems a little expensive, but I’m having sticker shock all over the place since I came back to the states.

Location of the Hotel was good.. as was the Breakfast.. Staff was awesome.. both friendly and professional,, Always willing to help..

Warmer water in the pool

I have stayed at Best Western Motels for years, this was the nicest I’ve been at. Good job!!

The staff was very friendly

They were very comfortable, clean but were a little high to climb. The hotel was very clean and seemed new. Good selection for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access from main thoroughfares.

Bed height was too tall. I am 5 foot 10 inches and had trouble, so it was hard to just sit and relax on them. Feet did not touch floor. Also, the only comfortable chairs in the lobby areas were the dining chairs. All the other chairs "for lounging" were very large and the seat was very deep such that your back did NOT touch the backrest. This we the case even for me who has long legs. Seems there were chosen for their looks but not the comfort.
