​We arrived at 2:10 PM, and I told my wife and kids to take a seat and wait for me to finish the check-in process. I approached the receptionist and told her I wanted to check in. She replied directly, informing me that the check-in time is 3:00 PM and that they didn't have any apartments available (her main concern was the time—it wasn't 3:00 PM yet!). I went back to my family and waited in the reception area. ​While I was waiting for 3:00 PM to arrive, I noticed that more than seven people arrived after me, and all of them successfully checked in and received their apartments keys! The situation was awkward, but I decided not to talk to her again before 3:00 PM. ​Once it reached 3:00 PM, I spoke to her again about the apartment readiness. She told me there were still no apartments available. The way she spoke made it seem like she wanted me to beg her to allocate the apartment for me like I dont have any reservation ! Although my reservation was there and it is fully paid in advance before my arrival. I waited for an extra 45 minutes, and she repeated that no apartments were available. ​Then, I noticed a person sitting in the corner with a sign on his desk that read "Manager on Duty." I approached him and explained my situation from the moment we arrived. He quickly took action and started resolving the issue. While he was trying to allocate an apartment for me, the reception lady kept was confusing him by claiming that my reservation was for an executive apartment, even though it was actually for a premier apartment. Finally, the manager saved the day and allocated the apartment to me within 15 minutes. ​Overall, it was a very bad check-in experience. Her attitude was completely unprofessional. This is my first time staying at this hotel, and it will definitely be the last.

موظفة الاستقبال تعاملها كان صادمه ولا فيه احترافية ابد ... كان حجزنا شقة من غرفتي نوم ووصلت قبل تسجيل الدخول بعشر دقائق تقريباً ... اخذت الاسم وتقول مافي شقق متوفره حالياً اعتذر منك وانا حاجزه من اسبوعين ... قلت كيف مافيه شقق قالت تو الناس مسوين خروج الان يبغالها وقت للتجهيز قلت كم يعني قالت نص ساعه !!! معليش اعتذر منك جا الفلبيني ورقع لها وقال تفضلو شقتكم 🙂🙂 طلع الشقه جاهزه ليه قالت كيذا مادري بصراحة ..
