Great amenities, fantastic service for our conference. Attentive and thoughtful.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Locations was great for down town activities.

We were driving a truck and getting in and out of the garage was tricky. Getting to the garage was a challenge when a show at the Fox was letting out because of pedestrian and car traffic.

We were unable to have brunch in the restaurant on last morning because something was going on with the kitchen. It was disappointing but overall a wonderful stay.

The space was really nice and comfy. Even though the mattress was old and had a hole, it didn't disturb my sleep. Also, bathroom was very nice, hot water was a bless. Staff was very friendly, a girl in the counter even gave me some recommendations as my first time in the city and where to eat. I had coffee and tea as well, with a coffee pot that actually worked. I didn't have hand soap, but I asked for it and in the evening I had it in the bathroom.

They don't have a really good breakfast service, so I preferred to go outside instead. The bar is nice, but I saw just one waiter/bartender the times I was there, so it took some time for things to arrive.

Nice hotel that is on the lower 10 floors of this building; above floors are a Westin. There are a few places to grab snacks, brunch and one dinner location. Hours vary by day and can be confusing. (Ie traveling from West coast here and seeking a Starbucks was best to go to the Starbucks inside the hospital a block away). Food for breakfast put away before 10am; just be aware. Staff was excellent and helpful. Room was super tiny with a queen bed but quiet and comfortable. Sofa bed available but hard to imagine as room was that small. Bathroom clean and also remodeled. Products were fine but wish a bit more spa-like. Overall nice and we’d stay again, max 2 people in room.

Great experience from beginning to end. The young men at check-in were very gracious and welcoming (even offered me a band-aid for my injured leg). Bartender made a beautiful (chocolate swirls around the glass) and delicious chocolate martini. A parking issue at check-out was resolved with great attentiveness and competence. Our room overlooking the Fox Theater was nice but the people are what made our experience at the hotel memorable.
