The Hamilton - Lakefront & Studio Suites, Hot Springs

Location was beautiful, right on the water, quiet, and plenty of parking. Quick drive to downtown, the park, racetrack, and botanical garden. Loved the porch and kitchenette!

Not the cleanest or most updated spot, but all the necessities were covered.

The view

The room smelt like mildew. The blinds to the window at the parking lot were broken. All in all it did not meet the description given and felt overpriced for quality and location.

Loved the location with the view. Beds were so comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful.

The tv was hard to navigate. Never were able to get system to work. Not a huge deal as most already have their own screens in hand with cell phones. Sticky surface on table between beds

Wasnt as clean as it usually is. Had to change rooms because the door would stick shut and was very difficult to open. Tv remote was difficult to operate. Never got the cable to work in one room and it only worked one night in the other

The views, the kitchenettes, the convenience is amazing! We love this little hideaway.

There’s nothing we don’t love, just wondering if the docks outside the suites can be used by customers? We would love to arrive by our boat next time.

Nice unit. Would have preferred waterfront.

I really like the set up on the house. And the outside fire pit.

Not everything was clean there was blood on the cabinet and on the door. It wasn’t sweep good.
