Everything but TV was kind of small

Overhead fan was extremely dirty. The floor was coming up in several places. Unit 4

The view, other views around, amenities available for use, prompt response to fixing the tv errors, location, quiet, did not smell like smoke, great price for the offers. cleanliness, not far from attractions and food areas, and beds comfortable.

The air conditioning unit noise was not horrible, but had a noise to it.

The room was very dated on old with cracked items and very old carpet.

The Lakeside view from the balcony was very nice, but it was very noisy 24/7 from the nearby freeway, to sit outside. Parking outside apartment was available.

The accommodation is tired and needs updating. Our apartment looked nothing like the one shown on Booking.com. The kitchen supplies are poor. We had no glasses, only 2 plastic beakers or 2 non matching mugs to drink water or similar from. We requested some glass tumblers and wine glasses, but only on the 2nd time of asking did we get 6 glass tumblers, but no wine glasses. There was no cork screw so we couldnt even open our bottle of wine, let alone drink it. Cutlery was sparse with just 1 teaspoon. The small number of plates provided were plastic. There was no kettle to boil water to make tea. The stove/hob was filthy. The bedside table was sticky on top. The TV didnt work and was covered in dust. The mattress cover on the beds were stained. There were 4 plastic chairs on the balcony, but 1 was broken and unusable/unsafe, so should have been removed.
