Seven Gables Inn on Monterey Bay, A Kirkwood Collection Property

The property is beautiful and the ocean view is incredible. It’s a short drive to Carmel (walkable really) and Cannery Row in Monterey. Only issue I was finding the doors unlocked in my room many hours after housekeeping was done.

The beautiful decorative windows, doors, furnishings and period architectural touches throughout add to the unique charm of this property. And the views are unmatched to any other location that I have stayed. We booked the Breakers room and had a 180 degree view of the ocean. Opened the windows and enjoyed the sea air and sounds of crashing waves at night from the comfort of my room. Amazing! Will definitely return.

All i can say our stay at this place exceeded our expectations. Wonderful and friendly staff at front desk and at breakfast. We were greeted at front desk by amazing person name Janette and was offered champagne at check in also location right across the lover point beach and walking distance to restaurants. So i would stay here again in future .

I liked the victorian aesthetic, cleanliness and location. Great scenery and excellent customer service from Janette at the front desk. Breakfast dining staff was excellent as well.

Beautiful property with close access to the coastal trail adjacent to the Monterey Bay!

It’s a beautiful B&B looking out over Monterey Bay. We had the Ocean Mist room and had a wonderful view of the November full moon. Gorgeous!! Breakfast was also very good!

There was no fireplace in the room, though it was listed in the room amenities. This was super disappointing as I paid more for a room that listed a fireplace.

Excellent stay as expected.
