No adapters available, no dental kit, and no airport shuttle or transfer service — which is the bare minimum for an airport hotel. The room alarm was pre-set for 6 a.m. and woke us up. No apology from the staff. For an airport hotel at this price point, this is simply unacceptable.

Nearby JFK Airport. Beautiful & very comfortable, roomy & immaculately clean room. The casino was also a plus.

Restaurants were just OK. There could be much better choices & better quality.
