Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive

The facility was fantastic there was a good range of pools, spa and a gym. There was a good choice of food and restaurants. Also the buffet was of a good standard. The Staff were so friendly and helpful.

For what is a new resort - I found the internal jacuzzi and baths Stone dirty and not cleaned properly. I personally thought there were too many flies when you were at the pools aparts from the rooftop pool which was only for preferred guests. There was a couple incidents someone fell through the decking which was rotted in the rooftop pool and we have a log fall from our balcony. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip and would return.

Always the best

Beautiful resort with many pools to choose from. The quality of the food is great. Overall very clean and the staff is beyond friendly and hospitable. The preferred club unlocks the rooftop area with the best pool and food IMO. Cons: the lighting the bathroom is horrible it’s impossible to get ready there. There are virtually no outlets in the rooms!!
