Location is absolutely amazing, maybe the best sunset view of the Caldera at all. The team is simply fantastic, Neil is organizing everything. Always here to help, but never intrusive. Breakfast is fantastic, room is very clean. The terrace with whirlpool and perfect Caldera view just unique. The most obvious 10 out of 10 we have ever experienced.

We had to leave again... seriously. There is nothing you could not like about this place.

It’s heaven on earth! Everything runs like clockwork, every detail is considered, the whole team make your experience seamless and luxurious. The rooms are stunning. The views are the best on the island. Breakfast is amazing. Service is the highest quality, everything is spotless, nothing is too much and they are so helpful. It was even better than two years ago.
