Deluxe City Centre Apt Balcony View Free Parking

The area and view was lovely

The bed was rock hard, not a good night's sleep, The washer dryer was full of bedding, They was rubbish still in the bins, They was dirty ear buds in the living room rug

The door is hard to open and the door is so noisy u can hear from outside.

Fabulous setting, beautifully equipped (especially impressed with the Kitchen equipment) & super clean! Also couldn’t be more convenient for local supermarket, Bars and Restaurants

Having to pay a security deposit as a long time member of Booking.com with a 100% reliability reputation as a mature guest and then being told it would take 10 days to be refunded

Location was excellent- loved being by the river and plenty of amenities and things to do. Canary bar was welcoming and very close by. Bed in apartment very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in apartment and toiletries which were not expected so pleasant surprise.

Instructions to open door and from car park didn't match what we experienced- keypad on door was different and the exit to car park was not the one we took. However, it was easy to find and code worked on keypad to apartment.

The property is dirty the washer had clothes in it part washed all the plates knives and forks we used had to be washed first , no plug for main sink, shower was clogged up with hair , blamed for damage to a toilet that we did not do , asked for picky of beforehand and get sent a photo of a different toilet, they are just trying to get to keep the deposit, the cupboards in the kitchen are pealing, the fridge and freezer where dirty , not a place I would stay again very disappointed, could of been so much nicer with a little bit of elbow grease, shame

Condition just needs to be cleaned properly

I was travelling for work and had an event across 2 days at Leeds Dock - staying here meant i was "onsite" and didn't have to travel far at the end of the day. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and clean and had everything i needed for my trip. Would 100% book again.

Amazing apartment, clean, modern and beautifully decorated. Great location right on the docks with a lovely little balcony with a great view. Free parking nearby, super comfy bed, milk in the fridge. Perfect! Would definitely stay here again if I return to Leeds.
