Guests highly rate the clean rooms and frequently praise the free shuttle service.
The only reason we stayed was the shuttle to the airport. After we checked in (and couldnt cancel) they told us the shuttle did not go to our terminal and did not run in time to make our flight. They were supposed to arrange a cab -- only a private car came and charged $25 Euro which was half the price for a cab from Paris! Restaurant food was limited, expernsive and not very good. The Holiday Inn brand should stand for more. This was VERY disappointing-- they took advantage of us.

It seems like a brand new hotel. Very nice staff, very clean, nice grounds. good restaurant and great breakfast. We did have a bit of a problem finding the pickup shuttle at the airport but we were tired when we got in. Also shuttle dropped us miles from our departure gate because of construction at the airport and it took us a good hour to find our departure gate.
Clean, new, great staff and amenities. Breakfast was spectacular.
This hotel is in good area near to airport but shuttle service when we reached there didn’t came to pick up so we ended up getting taxi and paid double the amount apart from that all other service is good

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the airport shuttle was exactly what we needed.
The staff n every part of the hotel were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and inviting with a great bar/restaurant. Will stay there again if ever flying out of Paris again!
