The Urban

My wife and I loved staying at The Urban for a weekend while visiting our daughter at OSU. The best thing for us was the proximity to campus. We didn't have to move the car once until Sunday for some shopping further out. We walked to her dorm, High Street, Schottenstein Arena, and around campus. What we didn't expect was how lovely The Urban was. It is very clean, well-appointed, and decorated. They went the extra mile with decorating. with creating painting, appointments, and enlarged photos of university days past printed on canvas. The rooms are small, but added to the feel of "being on campus," and had everything we needed and then some. The underground parking was convenient and safe. If you are uber-sensitive to noise, The Urban may not be for you, as ruckus can be heard from the hallway and other rooms. We loved all of it and will stay here again.

Great location, free parking, rooms are a touch small but i knew that going in. Proximity to campus and the value for its quality was unlike anything I could find nearby. Very clean, modern. Highly recommend.

The rooms were small but nice. My room was the size of a dorm room. Perfect for college kids or visiting parents.

Lots of restaurants nearby on North High Street. Bedside needs a lamp since the one above the sink shines directly in my eyes. Hot tub was relaxing!

The Urban is an amazing place to stay! I love the small room and all of the extras… coffee drinks, ice cream, gym and parking. Misha, the manager and staff are awesome and super friendly! Will definitely stay there!!!
