Staff was nice. Construction next to the property made it hectic. The room was TINY and I think that should be noted. I mean TINY. Parking is kind of a mess. There are collage students in the residential part of the building so it was quite noisy. Would be ok for 1 person- we were cramped w/ 2 people.

Clean well-kept option within walking distance of the sports stadiums and High Street. The building has it's own parking garage a major plus on a college campus. Rooms are small but roomy common area and rooftop leisure area are nice.

It was a dorm style room but spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place for a quick stay close to the OSU campus. Small, but well-designed rooms make the most of the tight space.

I don’t think the listing is as up front about the size or style of this place. There are regular tenants, and then there are hotel guests. That doesn’t bother me, but because of this, we got a room on the highest floor, and parking on the lowest level. Balcony views are currently obscured due to construction directly across the street. Rooms are incredibly small, with Murphy beds, and sinks in the main area rather than the bathroom. However, there was lots of storage, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed NYE and were within walking distance to Cazuela’s, some excellent Mexican food. We returned from festivities around 1:30 am. About four rooms in our hall had doors constantly opening and slamming shut, with college kids kicking and punching the doors, shouting, and running up and down the hall. I called the front desk, and the man working was very receptive and had told me he had just come up to speak with them due to another complaint, and was giving them a few minutes to see if it will settle before taking more formal action. Very thankful for the attentiveness. Due to the proximity of the hotel to campus and the bar scene, I’m sure that’s more their age and interests of guests. Would stay again, but probably not on a major drinking holiday.

I appreciated the dorm-like qualities of the property and found it to be clean and well kept. Maybe I am too old to fully appreciate it but it was defintely okay.

Great location, close to the shoe and other university locations and restaurants. Rooms are small but cute and clean. Friendly helpful staff. My only complaint is the bed is SUPER uncomfortable! Otherwise top notch place to stay!

Very small rooms. 180 sq ft.

Great room; it’s advertised as a smaller room, but they maximize the space and it was perfect for a weekend away sightseeing and enjoying a concert.
