Boca Grande Hotel Suites

Great hotel

Arrived at 2.30am and the receptionist was asleep in his room, they had to call him to come out and do check in. Then he gave me a key to a room where someone was sleep, the key opened the room!! They room where I stayed had no towels, and sheets were stained. On Expedia it says that shuttle is $4 each way to the airport, I was charged $35 dollars each way once at 2 am and then at 1pm.

They had a driver to take you to get covid tested and he waits for you. He also drove me to the airport when I had to leave.

Very friendly staff not enough towels not even by the pool but very clean place

I stayed there for a week but i feel like to stay for more time....stuff are nice and very friendly...at the the servers are very friendly mostly Tami.....a good place to stay.....i am going back there soon.............. Charlie Lafontant from Albany NY

the staff was so helpful and its an excellent locating where most of the stuff is within walking distance , especially boca chica beach

It was ok no pool lounge chair. Staff little English it was just ok

They did not provide any juice for two mornings with the prepaid breakfast plan I had, the funny thing about it… This particular juice was presented to me in the morning menu none of the juices listed was available. I witnessed another customer whom was served with the exact juice that I was decline for… Please take a look into this….

First the room was leaking until the roof nearly caved in, then theu took forever to move us, eventually moved with s room that had no windows! Then i got robbed just outside the hotel, and if it wasn't for the Jamaican chef i would of been very unhappyshe made my stay better, the food was tasty and the bar was nice, but the pool was very cold! Don't stay there!!!! was !
