The receptionist with the long braid was very nice and helpful!! I didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have a mini fridge in our room and we were told that we would have one..besides that everything was fine

What a terrible experience from beginning to end. Hotel staff demanded money upon arrival claiming i had not paid. Wifi didn't work in the room. Many more issues.

The girl in front , Jessica was amazingly nice and helpful with everything and also the guy who help put the bags in the room was wonderful. When u have people like that in front of your business, u have a business for life . Thanks a lot for a nice stay
