Once again It was truly a peaceful and restful stay at this hotel. I stayed at this property in November 2021 (10days) and had a similar experience that is why I returned. Excellent for business travelers who want some quiet time to work. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quiet surronding within walking distances of the train station, bus stops, restaurants and shopping area.

Terrible

I checked in at night. The neighborhood is very dark and and a bit intimidating in that it seems deserted. The lobby is Spartan and quite industrial. But getting past that I went to my room and I thought it was just great. It was modern it was clean. And for the cost compare to the High end hotels in the Williamsburg area it was a very good bargain. The room was equipped just as well as those other hotels and even roomier.

Parking and subway near by.

The hotel is clean and staff kind and helpful. They offer a bagged breakfast. Location is good. The area is industrial, several awesome coffee shops, subways are close. I have stayed here twice and will return.

I stayed for 4 days and they did not clean my room once. The people at the front desk didn't know what they were doing when I arrived and had to call for backup. The ice machine was in the basement and seemed a little sketch.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The staff was pleasant & kind. The room was clean & the bed was so comfortable. I was in town for a Britney Spears dance party & the hotel was a 10 minute ride away. I am so grateful & would stay here again. Thank You!
