Clean, helpful staff. Area a little off putting, but once inside forget where u are. Only downside vending machines in basement

The area is not good. The towels were dirty in our room and the bar soap was used. We were missing soaps. There was no water pressure. When we asked the front desk for clean towels they told us we could come get them but they wouldn’t bring them to us. Never.

Very clean, friendly staff. Only main complaint is the internet WiFi connection for the hotel is poor and unsatisfactory...was not able to download or stream. It would be nice if a continental breakfast was served on the morning instead of the to-go bags
