Good news bad news... 100 years old lots of charm.. ... Be careful not all rooms have bathroom.. shared bathroom and shower down the hall

Toilet and shower in hall building 100 yr old

No 24 front desk staff like advertised.

Cockroaches and bedbugs. Got there at 6pm to check in. Came back at 10pm to sleep. Woke up at 6am, took a shower in the community bathroom which was falling apart and gross, went back to my room and found bedbugs crawling around on the bed. I took my t-shirt off the dresser and a cockroach was in it. I went downstairs to tell them about it but no one could be found or contacted. I dropped the keys off and left. Just disgusting

There is only metered parking with a 4 hour limit. Total hassle to spend over night there even tho they gave me a way to do 8 hours overnight. I thought I was all caught up but I did not and still got a ticket

Hotel was fine - nothing special but adequate for the night. Hotel employed an automated check in - we dialed the number and the gentleman asked us to enter our credit card for incidentals and then instructed us on where the key was. I asked about hotel parking and he said he did not know. I asked if I could speak to someone that did know. He told me I would have to figure it out myself. When I asked who I was speaking to he hung up. We found parking in a garage and when we returned to the hotel ran into the property manager. Explained what happened and he immediately called and reprimanded the support rep and let us know there was free parking in front and to disregard the meter. What if we had t run into him? We would have had to pay for parking after our encounter with the very rude check in staff. Based on this experience I would not stay here again.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and available when needed. Bed was comfy, and room was clean. Hotel is in a great location for walking around downtown WPB as it is right in next to rosemary and Clematis. Would come back to this hotel if I'm ever in town again.

Cute older property in good location.

I am still trying to get my money back! It is was HORRIBLE other then April who works the front desk. Expedia has also been horrible.
