Hotel Evernia

April was great and very helpful! Rooms were clean and comfortable. She helped us understand how to pay for parking and was friendly. She also showed us how to get back into the hotel after close. There was a code on the outside door to use and it was easy.

They do not have parking for hotel guests so you have to pay for street parking, so that was an added expense I was not aware of. Plus you can not pay for you street parking in advance, unless you want to pay for a yearly pass, so you have to wake up before 7 AM everyday, and go outside to pay parking or you will get a parking ticket. I also rented a room with no shower or restroom in room by mistake. It was in the fine print. Since they had rooms available with restrooms, I tried to pay difference but manager said I would have to pay for other room and I need to talk to Expedia to get credit on other room. I did not want to deal with that, so I kept room. The shower in the hallway had around a 7” drop to floor and no railing. So not safe at all to step out. I guess Florida does not have ADA laws? The room was clean but this maybe worse mattress I’ve ever seen. It was like a pull out couch mattress with springs. The place is in good location with walking distance to good restaurants and shops. The lady at front desk was great. The place was clean. I flew in on a Friday and left Sunday. So I put up with it, but I do not recommend staying here.

This was a PHENOMENAL hotel. The lady st the front desk was AWESOME and FRIENDLY. As well as the property manager. Room was EXTREMELY nice, clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone needs a place to days in West Palm Beach.

This was just an extremely nice property. The woman at the front was EXTREMELY NICE AND FRIENDLY. The property manager was the same. The room was very nice as well. I highly recommend this property if you want to visit and stay by City Place.

Very nice

Excellent location 1/2 block off the main shopping street downtown WPB. 9 nights in Dec. was quiet & safe. 0 .9 mile walk to the convention center or $7 Uber. Clean sheets and I felt very safe with their pin code doorbell system. April, the receptionist makes the entire experience. She will take great care of you! She's worked there 9 years & really completed my stay helping with deliveries of laundry, Amazon, etc. My room was small but had a private bath with the sink in the room, microwave & refrigerator. Premium cable channels. Shower was very hot and excellent and the towels and sheets are high quality and clean. The place is historic and dated but a special, unique experience. I will return.

Just the last spot left of proper West Palm Beach. On the edge of the new downtown so the best of both worlds. But I prefer the old world. April is old world. This is a priceless hotel.

Really amazing room and amazing place, didn’t really get to experience it since we and my girlfriend had a random emergency. We DO plan to return in the future!
