The Staff were all wonderful especially Kyle, Cecelia, Ashley and Alicia. The size of the room was also good for us, and the location was great!

We arrived 21/12/25 and had no cleaning service until I begged Front Desk, then emailed customer service finally got service on 26/12/25. This was really unacceptable to me.

Two staff members went above and beyond the call of duty. Even though the room was a bit lacking, both Cody and Kyle made our stay enjoyable. They were a pleasure to deal with.

The shower enclosure leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The TV remote didn't work.
