Behulpzaamheid van het vriendelijke personeel toen het automatische inchecken niet lukte. De ligging was niet te druk en toch nog behoorlijk dicht bij het station, eetgelegenheden e.d. . Fijne ontbijtformules die veelvraten en dus verspilling vermijden. Voor elk wat wils en je eet niet te veel. Een volgende keer kun je een ander ontbijt uitproberen.

De staat en de hygiëne van de kamer. Toen ik toekwam was de deur niet vergrendeld. De geur van een toiletbezoeker (´number two´) kwam me tegemoet. Dat heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Vlekken op de muren en het tapijt.Ook textielpluizen op het tapijt, wat mij deed vermoeden dat de kamer niet volledig was gereinigd. Of had iemand na de reiniging zichzelf toegang verschaft tot ´mijn´ kamer, wat nog erger zou zijn? Ik kwam slechts één nacht overnachten bij jullie om na een concert in de Roma van een rustige nacht en een fijn ontbijt te genieten en met de trein terug te keren. Mijn ´goed´ is nog een vlijende score omdat ik iedereen altijd een tweede kans wil geven...
