La posizione e la pulizia dell'hotel

La colazione: ridicola! La colazione é impostata con dei vassoi pronti di cibo senza possibilità di scelta alcuna e in alcuni casi il cliente si trova a non consumare nessuno o quasi degli alimenti offerti, ma la cosa ancor più grave, tra tanti alimenti manca il semplice cappuccino, che deve essere pagato. Vi sembra normare che una persona chieda semplicemente un cappuccino e una fetta di dolce o pane e si ritrovi con un vassoio pieno di tutt'altro? Altra nota negativa, l'arrivo del cliente é gestito interamente da un pc, non calcolando che non tutti sono in grado di usarlo.
